Class Registration Questions & Answers
Can I get a refund after I've registered? Requests for refunds must be received at least three working days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be given without the three day notice. There is a $10 administrative fee for all refunds, and no refunds are given for courses that total $15 or less.
What if enough people don't register for a class? The American Red Cross reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if minimum enrollment is not met. If you have registered for a class that is cancelled you will be offered the option of a full refund or to be placed in the next scheduled class.
What if I register for a class and due to unforeseen circumstances I am not able to attend? Call the Chapter at (615) 790-5785 or (800) 663-5785 and let us know the class you are registered for and the date you had planned to attend. Your registration can be transferred to the next regularly scheduled class or your registration will be held for up to three months.
